How do I return an item?
Returns and Refunds
Let’s be honest, not every purchase you make is going to be the greatest purchase in the world. We also know life happens and there are reasons you need to refund or return an item for one reason or another. That is why MembersDepot.com allows you to return any un-opened item, for any reason, within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we have a few more points we’d like to point out:
• Any expedited shipping costs cannot be refunded
• If an item has free shipping and you’d like to return it, please be aware that we must deduct our actual shipping cost from your refund amount (we would not be able to offer such great pricing without doing so!)
• Some of our products contain a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund if you wish to return an item
• Gift Certificates are non-returnable
We also want to make you aware that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled (we can’t tell the drivers to turn around). If you decline an order, it will be handled per our standard return policy which states roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Certain products cannot be returned because MembersDepot.com is not able to facilitate a return. These items are clearly marked on a product’s sale page. If you are unclear about a specific product’s return eligibility, please contact us.
What about Damaged or Defective?
We do our best to ensure products arrive in the condition you expect them in, but from time to time items do get damaged in-transit, items are defective or missing parts. If one of these happens to you, rest assured we are happy to take care of you as quickly as possible. The quickest and most convenient way for you to resolve this problem is to contact us
